Teachers

Agni

Holding this space for a face.

Agni would like to describe himself as a sharer, rather than a teacher. Being from Nepal, he has now started to see mountains in Denmark too, in ocean, in life, in everyday occasions. At least that's how he lives and sees things. Yoga is neither profession, nor passion for him, it's more of a rich book, that keeps giving new insights, motivation and prana in his life all the time.

Christa

Christa

Coming from the sunny island of Malta, Christa grew up dancing and although she loved to perform, she also loved to practice and stretch in her room quietly with nobody watching. Aside from the asanas, what made her fall in love with yoga was the focus on experiencing, breathing and deep concentration that makes us forget about the outside world for a few moments, similar to what her younger self found in her room, now with a name and a powerful philosophy surrounding it. What she seeks to share through yoga is a balance between self-discipline and exploration, helping others connect deeper with their mind and body and welcome all the deep breaths and any feelings along the journey. Outside of yoga she loves being by the sea, cats, the gym and aerial arts.

Lydia / Lily

Lydia / Lily

Lydia is a creator and a traveller, originally from Slovakia and currently living in her 4th country. Discovering Yoga at the age of 19, she became hooked, especially to the Ashtanga and Rocket. After 8 years of consistent practice, she disappeared for a month to Bali and came back a yoga teacher who didn't want to teach. She didn't want a studio either, and here we are.

Maximo

Maximo

Maximo's yoga journey has taken him through a variety of traditions, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Dharma Yoga, 26&2, Ashtanga, and Yin. His teaching is further shaped by his academic background in philosophy.

In the class, Maximo aims to challenge, while also allowing SPACE for comfort and self-inquiry. He offers variations to suit different bodies, levels, and needs, encouraging students to explore and grow in their own way.

Humor is key in his classes. He believes that sometimes a good joke (or an attempt at one) is just what we need to release the mind and the body, and to remind ourselves not to take the practice, or ourselves, too seriously.

Mayra

Mayra

Mayra is curious about what makes us who we are - and about the space where mind meets body. For the past nine years, she has lived and travelled around the world, gathering experiences, perspectives, and inspiration from different cultures and ways of life. Today, Copenhagen is her base. A yoga and Pilates instructor with a background in advertising and ongoing training in psychotherapy, she brings together movement, creativity, and an interest in the human psyche. At the heart of it all is curiosity: a desire to explore, understand, and connect.

Mille

Mille

She discovered yoga and meditation in acting academy at the age of 21 and have been practicing since. She's have long since thought about furthering her practice, and she took the leap in August 2026 and traveled to All Yoga School in Nusa Lembongan, Indonesia to become a Vinyasa and Ashtanga teacher.

Nahir

Nahir

Nahir's journey with yoga began through her work as a professional vegan cook. Working long hours in demanding and high-pressure environments, she started experiencing pain in her body and mental exhaustion. Yoga became her way back to balance. Her classes are an invitation to move consciously, breathe deeply, connect with your body and find your own balance between strength and softness. For Nahir, yoga is not about perfection - it is about coming home to yourself.

Raven

Raven

Known simply as Raven, Kirstine Ravn is a meditation teacher, Yin Yoga and Yoga teacher, energetic healer, retreat facilitator, and teacher trainer, devoted to creating spaces where people can remember who they truly are. Her work is rooted in the ancient wisdom traditions of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zen Buddhism, and Advaita Vedanta, gently woven together with contemporary understandings of the nervous system, embodiment, and conscious awareness. Having trained, served (Seva), and taught at Advaita Ashrama in India, Raven's teaching is deeply influenced by the Vedic philosophy of non-duality - the recognition that beneath the constant movement of the mind exists a silent awareness that has always been whole. Everything she offers arises from this understanding. Not as something to achieve, but as something to remember.
